3 days for help to reply. Unbelievably slow. Complain and it gets marginally faster for a week or two. Drops to 20kbs ( yes kilobits) Help now ignore me. Terrible service, cant imagine anyone being worse.

I've been using Boxpn for at least 4-5 years now and they've been just fine. I've never had occasion to use their support, so I'm not able to comment on that, but the service has been very reliable and very quick. I like that they come from a country that doesn't require them to keep logs - makes me feel good when they say they don't, they actually aren't.
