When I first downloaded it didn't work for my television. I got in touch with them and Tomas from the helpdesk was super! He even got them to make a special program just so it worked for me. They really went that extra mile. It now works like a dream and is very easy to use.
I am a British expat living in East Europe. I have been using Identity Cloaker for several years. It is very good and reliable and also works for BBC and ITV, and I use it mainly to watch live football, rugby and cricket "not available in your area" (who else wants to watch cricket in this part of the world?). I would also add that the help desk is very reliable and responds quickly. The only problem as per above is that sometimes the sport freezes. Interestingly - having just been watching the Six Nations series - this happens often with ITV but rarely with BBC. I don't watch Netflix so can't comment on it. One thing which is quite helpful in that the chart where you choose servers gives the speed, so if I don't use a UK proxy, Polish ones for example are much quicker.
Great! Used it for a year but got tempted by a deal from Express VPN. Bad move! Couldn't download to my BBC iPlayer (only able to stream) and with their latest upgrade can't even log on! Be assured Identity Cloaker I'll be back.
