I have been using iPredator for a while and have had few issues. It is a great service. However, lately I have been seeing reoccurring DNS issues and long connection times.
Visiting the support IRC channel, which used to be a nice and lively place for discussions, rarely produces any responses. Emailing the support, which also previously worked flawlessly, has not generated any feedback in months. Communication outlets such as Twitter has been silent and there has been no recent development on the NetSplice client.
As great as the service is I am getting increasingly worried regarding using the service as I rarely see any signs of life from the people behind the scenes.
This review was for 2020 so was curious, have you reached out to the people running the service and received any response?

Bien sur il est moins performant et moins convivial à l 'installation que la plupart des VPN plus récents, mais c' est Pirate Bay qui gère l' affaire, et ça c 'est une garantie de sérieux
