It was an awesome VPN for a long time, but they have totally abandoned ship. I know there was a fire in their Hong Kong servers, maybe they were never able to recover from it. I hope they will come back online!
PandaPow has stopped working for me, since December 2021. I used them for 10 years. No responses from them, and they owe me 10 months subscription. Up until now, they have proved a great and reliable service.
For whatever reason, I cannot log in to my account by copying/pasting the password received from their automatic email. I've tried to email their support by sending emails directly, sending message from their program, and received no response at all. I tried to call their Hong Kong customer service number posted on the website. No one answered. Very frustrating. I don't know where the great customer service comment comes from. I have not been able to use my account since I renewed my account. Now half month has passed without any progress. Will never use PandaPow again. This is not the first time it happened. I've had issues before and never got any response from their support. Only that I was able to figure out those issues myself so I continued using them. But this time, authorization keeps failing and this is not what I can solve. It will be the end of the service for sure.
