I paid $500 to top up my reseller account so as to buy VPN every other time I need one or anyone around me needs one. The VPN never connects for up to a minute before it disconnects, I've sent more than 50 emails and messages on Facebook and Twitter but I received no response. I still have $450+ left and I can't even use the service because it's an absolute waste of time.
They have a "live" Chat box on their site, which is anything but LIVE. They do not respond at all. It says, "Thanks! We should reply in a few moments. Right! I have been waiting since July 7th (today's date is now July 28th) and nothing.
This is an update from my review from 10/14/21. Five weeks after my first email to the support, I have now received a response. The support has apologized and explained that they are currently reorganizing their support. My lifetime access has now been restored.
