I have used this service for many years but since it has changed to StrongVPN, nothing works and support can't fix it across any of my devices. Strangely, they tend to blame the user but reading these comments, I can see that my issue was not unique. I have unsubscribed and will find another provider.
Nothing works anymore. I just needed a simple reliable service to watch BBC iPlayer and such. That is totally gone now. Please give us back the old simple service. Or set up something similarly simple instead of this junk that is neither here nor there.
It worked for years and I could watch BBC iPlayer abroad but it hasn't worked for months. Not resubscribing since that is the main reason why I use this service. Hopefully there are other vpn services that work with BBC programs.
