I asked for cancellation 38 days before. But the billing department still doesn't respond my demand. And charged my payment. You can't find any option to cancel through the website. The only way is send the email to the billing department and wait for some miracle.
This is my honest and unbiased opinion about VPN Area - Buggy software, mix up your adapter settings often, and sometimes simply does not work and you don't even know about it!!!
I didn't feel save or in control at all :(
Works for every VPN need I had (including Netflix US sometimes). I also needed support once and received useful answers. In a nutshell I can recommend the service for people like me that use a VPN occasionally. I have not been disappointed in the last 2 years.
